Losing weight can be so difficult for some people because it takes time, there are no instant results and this can often be discouraging, and often after losing weight through dieting, it all goes back on again when you stop dieting. To permanently change to the body image you would like, you need to program your mind with this new body image. Once programmed, your subconscious mind will move you towards this image and maintains it. Hypnosis recordings allow you to program your own mind for lasting results.

All CD's start with a progressive relaxation based on relaxing the muscles of the body and calming the mind, this has a therapeutic value in and of itself, and allows the suggestions that follow to be accepted more readily, all recording finish with suggestions to build self-esteem. Listening without headphones will create the desired relaxation, but most recordings are also overlaid with a brainwave entrainment and synchronization soundtrack to entrain and synchronize the brain waves to a level that makes the recordings more powerful, headphones are required for this to be effective.

Relationships are the cause of most people's unhappiness, and can often lead to eating comfort foods and drinks. For this reason we include the relationship CD. The health CD allows you to view the body from a different perspective promoting a different self-awareness. Comprises of 4 deepening levels, each taking you into deeper meditation through the use of brainwave entrainment and synchronization and a 2500 year old technique. A 5th multilevel recording and our CD for releasing negative emotions. This is a complete set designed to prepare you mind for meditation, focus your mind on the technique and take you down to deeper levels of conscious awareness. You will eventually train your mind to reach these deeper levels with the use of the technique alone.

The course is designed in levels that take the meditator deeper by lowering the frequencies for brain entrainment, and with lower carrier waves for each level. On occasion, some meditators using this type of product can feel periods of overwhelm or irritability, this also happens in meditation courses and therapy as the subconscious brings forth its fruits. This is a good thing so long as we recognise it for what it is and don't react to it. These are opportunities for the greatest growth. We include a “releasing” CD in the pack that has no brainwave entrainment, to let go of these feelings should they arise. If these feelings arise it can often follow the most blissful of meditations and we suggest a few days using the releasing CD and returning to the meditation CD's when the feelings resolve. Jumping to higher levels before you are ready and multiple listening in a single day can also cause this.

Headphones are required, and headphones that handle ultra low frequencies are best for deeper levels. Find a quiet place where you won't be disturbed. Any meditating posture, sitting in a comfortable chair or just laying down will be fine. You may tend to fall asleep if lying down, until your mind becomes used to the input.

Training the mind to spend time totally in the present, without jumping to the future or the past and reacting to it will soon bring a calm focus to your everyday life. This is a great benefit in relationships and work. Some state a feeling of increased wellbeing and purpose and a happier overall state of mind. In time and with practice you will feel some very blissful experiences when meditating. It is important not to develop a clinging to these experiences, whatever you are experiencing at the time is what you need to experience, don't develop a clinging or aversion to any to any of the sensations, it will only hold you back. The path of meditation used for thousands of years is to develop the enlightened mind and come out of suffering, don't develop a craving or expectation for this, it will only hold you back, but once you start down the path the benefits will propel you to continue.

Developed for and with the assistance of traders to create the psychological mind set to be a successful trader. Although individual sessions are beneficial, habit patterns need to be changed through repetition. All the CD's are designed to change habit patterns through repeated listening. We use CD's to change habit patterns in all our clients. It is a cheap and effective way to bring about changes. Although some people might need personal therapy to remove blocks and self sabotage issues. The average trader can get by with a cheap and effective program such as this.
Habit patterns take around 4 to 6 weeks to change.

CD1- The Psychology of success. This teaches the structure of the mind. Understand structure and you understand what you create and how to create beneficial change. This CD can be used in a car.

CD2- Releasing negative emotions. This teaches a technique to let go of fear and be in the moment, if we try to suppress fear it grows stronger.

CD3- Track 1-Trading in the zone. This track plants positive hypnotic suggestions into the subconscious.
Track 2- Goal setting. This track is where you see your goals realized with a positive expectation. The subconscious can't tell the difference between a real or imagined experience, and what you hold in your mind you bring into your world.
Goals can be aimed at trading or other goals.

CD4- This CD is for use when setting up to trade. It is designed to trigger anchors created in the previous CD's and to focus the mind.

CD's 3 and 4 have a brainwave entrainment and synchronization technology embedded into the tracks. This entrains the brainwaves down to 8hz and synchronizes both hemispheres of the brain to increase suggestibility.
