Emotional signs Anger

Depression and anxiety, crying, feeling powerless or a hopelessness, mood swings, irritable, lonely, negative thinking, nervousness, sadness, irrational thinking.


Bossy, compulsive eating, critical of others, explosive anger and actions, frequent job changes, impulsive, increased use of alcohol or drugs, compulsive eating, withdrawal from relationships and social situations. Isolation.
